Sleep problems because of Weed?

I've been eating grass every day for the past 6 months, the last 6 months. Mostly about 2-3 joins but often more.

Have lately synonymous Speed or MDMA taken, but I have no problems whatsoever, was only to test.

In the last 2 days, smoking a joint was not that difficult. But I realize that I have problems falling asleep.

I always go to sleep before 0am, usually around 11pm, while I'm watching Netflix.

I worked on Saturday, did not get home until 11 pm and drank alcohol. Nevertheless, I lay up in bed until 3 o'clock in the morning and could not sleep.

Sunday, I had to get out early to go to football practice (was really exhausting). The rest of the day I did not do much (Sunday afternoon) and in the evening around 19 clock, I was eating something with a colleague.

I lay down around 10pm, watched my shows and was not tired at all, despite getting up early and doing sports. I think I was up to 1 clock and had to get up at 5:55.

Can anyone give me tips on how to sleep better without drugs? And even if nothing should help, does anyone have experiences? When can I fall asleep again normally?

When I was high I did not have to worry about it, I just fell asleep while watching the Netflix.

The Proplem is you used to falling asleep. What can happen quickly because you usually fall asleep on grass and generally sleep well. It seems to you that you can only fall asleep with grass and without it. I think that's not so natural it was just with grass so you think so quickly. One possibility for schlafpropleme but can also be the lack of thcs. Depending on how long that already went. And how much and so on. A friend of mine has also felt that way but could not smoke for reasons. So she got benzos prescribed. In itself that works, presumably you can sleep on it even better. But apart from the fact that you get the net so easy, you are also quite dependent. Medicines. You could also try natural products of different teas, relaxation bath, and so on. There's a lot you can try. Some do not help others like that. Then you can try to prepare your body for sleep by not doing any more stressful things from time to time. Breathing exercises or similar there are many if you like something you can even look on the Internet.

But if everything does not really help you have to wait and see. So that you are fit in the morning, you should stop earlier in bed. For example, the time you need to fall asleep.

But somewhere I also read that you should not try more than half an hour to fall asleep. If it does not get up then do something short. And then try again.

Well, on the whole, there are many ways to fall asleep better, but there's something different for each person. Only you should not assume that you can't sleep without grass, that could turn into an addiction in the worst case or you can really no longer really good sleep until you have smoked something. Because you think so.

So much success in any case

Yes, if your body is used to smoking a joint every night that shuts your mind off and makes you tired, it's no wonder you sleep well with it. I think the sleep problems come from the use of MDMA / Speed I also sometimes have that on days after a party, I wake up only 3 hours after sleep and can't sleep anymore, so you just have to live if you think it's necessary to take.

Only by cannabis sleep problems I think can't come. It can only be that you accustom yourself to falling asleep when you go to sleep and that you are no longer used to lying awake for a while.

MDMA has been almost 2 months since I took it. And speed already 2 weeks. I think rather less that it is because

I would not be so sure, even if I smoked for 6 months every day and then a month off do not sleep problems, the sleep problems can also be permanent, if you overdo it with speed and MDMA, 2 weeks there's really nothing, Comsumier times 4 weeks nothing then you will certainly no longer have sleep problems.

I would say habituation thing. Your sleep was influenced by the weed and your body was so prepared for it. Now that you've stopped abruptly, your body needs to get used to getting tired naturally and falling asleep. Here are some tips:

- Breath exercises before sleep. Wim Hof's method is meditation and works well against stress reduction and relaxation. Just right for the body to calm down a bit before going to sleep. See youtube videos. It is really easy.

- a really fat meal 2 hours before sleep, which makes you fuller than full. And then drink black tea. That's what makes you, in any case, incredibly tired. You just feel lazy and do not want to do anything, just lie down and relax. Turn on netflix and make yourself comfortable.

- asmr videos. Can you give it a try. Plug in headphones, pay attention to ads and then increase the volume.

Thank you. Yes asmr I have been looking for 3-4 years ^^. The help but currently only to relax, not to fall asleep: /
