So I'm w / 16 and have a huge problem… I just want to sleep because I'm always tired, no matter how many hours I sleep… Unfortunately, it also makes me very unmotivated and I can't afford that in my school… So I somehow have to learn self-discipline but I really don't know how.
This lack of motivation not only affects my school, but also my free time… I often cancel even friends because I'm far too tired and unmotivated and then I just sit at home watching Netflix or sleep… I want that not at all I want to experience things myself and meet new people, but unfortunately this feeling exceeds everything else…

Yes had exactly the same. Then went to the doctor and he said I had thyroid problems. Let yourself be examined

Possibly. Do you have a vitamin / mineral deficiency? Your doctor can find out by doing a blood test.
