Late 2008 MacBook Pro is extremely loud?

I've noticed more and more recently that my MacBook when I watch YouTube, Netflix or Amazon Prime is extremely loud, so the fan. Can you probably tell me why this is so or what you can do about it because it is annoying.

You have to unscrew it, disconnect the fan from the mainboard (connector), blow it and then install in reverse order. Finished.
