MacBook Pro has stopped working properly (gray screen on Chrome etc.), what should I do?

Hope to find someone in this way who can possibly help me. I have had problems with my MacBook Pro 15 inch (High Sierra 10.13.6) for a long time. It all started with Safari not working properly anymore (constantly hanging up videos, Netflix no longer working, crashes etc.). I was able to solve this problem for a long time by simply switching to Chrome or Brave. That went well for some time until I had the problem that the Macbook crashed and Chrome and Brave could be opened after the crash, but only the taskbar was displayed but did not work and the rest (website, address bar etc.) just stayed gray.

This problem started up again after a short waiting time (5 min). Last time, however, the browsers remained gray. Tried everything up to a complete reinstallation of the operating system (deleting and reinstalling the browser did nothing). After the new installation, I was no longer able to carry out updates because the screen remained black when booting. I was able to solve that by deleting the Nvram. After that I reinstalled Chrome and Flash, restarted the computer and it worked perfectly for two days. After I opened my Macbook from hibernation today, it crashed and since the restart the problem with the permanently gray images on Chrome and Brave is back. In addition, it is no longer possible to synchronize my email account, since I can enter the email address, but mail hangs when I enter the password.

I really don't know what to do next, I didn't find anything on the Internet or in various forums, and would be extremely grateful for any help…
