Full-screen mode can't be closed with the mouse (MacBook Pro)?

As already stated above, the full-screen mode on YouTube, Netflix etc. Can no longer be closed with the mouse on the MacBook Pro. If I move the mouse pointer to the full screen symbol while I'm in full screen mode, the mouse pointer is only displayed in the form of the arrow, the hand does not appear as usual when closing the full screen mode. My mac is on the latest version. (macOS Catalina 10:15)

Then use the TouchPad? Or the esc button in the upper left corner of the TouchBar

Sorry I forgot to mention that. I use the touchpad, it does not work. And I did not always want to use the esc key.

I forgot to mention that I use the touchpad and no external mouse. To me sometimes synonymous in full-screen mode, the timeline is displayed when I move the mouse.
