It is now 9 a.m. And I went through the night trying to get my sleep rhythm back to normal. Just watched a little netflix and got tired. Now I don't know whether it is worth sleeping for 1 hour or 2 hours or staying awake.
What would you advise?

I would advise you not to sleep now and then to go to sleep tonight. Then your sleep rhythm will return to normal
