My sleep rhythm is pretty broken because of corona I'm up all night and sleep during the day I want to normalize it again and now I'll stay up the night and day so that I can sleep earlier problem is I've tried the last 3 days and me always fall asleep between 10 a.m. And 1 p.m. And then sleep until 5 p.m. Because I can't keep myself awake and I have nothing to do the whole day that's why I watch yt or Netflix and I fall asleep someone tips?

So whenever I wanted to get my sleep rhythm under control, I just slept through the night and then went to sleep around 10-11pm.

I also have a friend who pushed his sleep pattern forward so that it got back to normal at some point. He was then up until 1 p.m. And went to sleep, the next day he was up until 3 p.m. And then on and on. This is how you should do it too.

Bro do exercise when you start to get tired. Jogging also helps, but if you don't feel like trying to sleep through the night with someone and go to bed early. Get fit when you are motivated
