I'm currently having a bad sleep and I want to be able to go to bed at 10 p.m. But have to stay fully awake the day I'm getting tired again but if I sleep now I'm awake all night, try to keep myself busy, let the sun down shine, had already cleaned up my apartment, was bathing and watched Netflix, listened to music, was meditating beforehand thought vilt brings something, I'll get a kebab right away and then go to the bank, how could I try to keep myself awake? Or are there means to keep you awake? Um energy, cola and coffee have no effect on me.
