I'm fine again now, 2 to 3 weeks almost always bad, I'm terribly scared, I'm always tired, I'm extremely sad and when someone yells at me or so I start crying straight away (which is actually not my style at all) . In addition, I'm actually on netflix for around 4 hours every day and then on insta and tiktok for 2 hours or so, because I'm just too weak to do anything else. I'm actually just not tired when I do physical activity such as walking or something, but I don't do that often because I just lack the motivation. I always do my homework, but that's actually the only thing I can do during the day. I have the assumption that it is probably Pms (a kind of illness before the period) but I've had that for a long time and pms are actually max 2 weeks before the days. So I'm a little afraid that this is something like depression. What can I do about it because I simply have zero motivation for something and am always sad or something (sad or neutral). I hope that this stops after the coronavirus but what can I do when I feel so bad (I also sometimes have mental breakdowns like last night where I can just cry and just feel desperate). Thanks for reading through you have ideas what I can do to stop this.
Go to your family doctor and have a check-up.
Can of course also be related to puberty, through the lockdown, a nutritional deficiency or a hormonal cause, …
Just ask your doctor about it. Then you know and if you are sick they can help you.
