I'm currently looking for a new tablet that I can use to make PowerPoint presentations, just for school. I would also like to use it privately, cut Netflix, videos. But there are so many iPad models, my question now is, which one can you recommend to me, with which I can also connect the keyboard or use the Apple Pen. So rather the iPad Air, or the normal iPad, and which model (generation, year).
None at all. I'm a huge apple fan with applewatch applepay etc. But if you want to use things like pp I can really only advise you that half of the functions of Office are not available.
A MacBook is perfect for this.
It is cruel to create PowerPoint presentations on iPad or even worse cut videos. Not only the limited operating system but also the touch controls are catastrophic for something like this. There's no sensible work posture, you always have to look down or raise your arm. The iPad is ideal for people who just want to consume e.g. Surf the internet, play games or people who have no idea about computers and don't want to learn it, because the part is foolproof. For everyone else, a Mac is a much better choice.
