I can hardly sleep lately. I always stay up until 5 a.m. Or so. Counting sheep doesn't work for me: /. I've been in bed for almost 2 hours and can't sleep. As a way out, I'll take my phone and watch Netflix or something until I'm tired. School is starting again and I have to change that. I look forward to advice
