I have the problem that I fall asleep too late in the evening. I have to start working at 07:30 am so I have to leave at 06:40 (by car). I do not sleep either way before midnight, usually it will be one-thirty.
The fact that I recently turned 18 and now drive a car, I can sleep at least until 06:15 clock. In the last 2 years I had to go by bus and it was announced to get up at 05:00 clock.
I'm home at 17:20 in the evening and have 2 training sessions twice a week, so I'm home at 9:15 pm.
My problem is that I'm already tired of myself, but I just can't sleep because I think then what I had from the day except work and maybe football. I would like to have some more free time to watch Netflix, or to gamble whatever. (Things you do in the evening at home).
I smoke a few joints a little longer. Which allows me to fall asleep a bit earlier. Before I did that I was mostly awake even until 2 or 3:30.
Does anyone have any tips on how to handle the problem? And no I do not miss to sleep better I like it in general and I would not like any discussions in this regard.
