Rhythm of sleep at 14 years?

I'm w / 14 and I'm currently on vacation, I have had sometimes where I stayed up until 5 a.m. In school and this even in younger years, then it has become normal to sleep at 5 a.m. And get up at 1 p.m. I was easy depressed, but that can also come from my hormones due to the thyroid gland. I don't know what to do because I now realize how much I'm getting involved again. I'm writing a good question text here at half past two at night. I can't sleep and getting used to my sleep pattern is very exhausting, I just want to chill a bit at night, relax, watch Netflix or anything else but I know that staying up until the morning is not good for me.

Sometimes I even stayed up until 9 a.m. And I always wondered how I did it. Please give me tips then it won't happen again.

Hi, I'm 14 myself, but male also had problems during the summer holidays. Then the school was there because I went away myself. So I did it during the holidays just go to bed 30 minutes earlier every night so now it's 02:33 for me, let's say I go to bed 3 the hour has come, do it however you want, with a difference of 10 minutes, 30 minutes, etc.

Thanks for the tipπŸ‘Œ

Think social media keeps you awake. Simply mute the cell phone, go to bed, read something and then light out and reflect on your day and try to sleep.

If it's just about sleeping.
