I have a sleep rhythm that looks something like this. At 11:30 p.m. I go to bed, until 7:15 a.m. I read, gamble, instagram, watch netflix or write on the WhatsApp. As soon as I put my cell phone and co away, I fall asleep after about 2 minutes. I set several alarm clocks, one at 11:30 a.m., the other about every 30 minutes later. When do I get up every day? Between 2 p.m. And 3:30 p.m. No way, if it stays that way I'm going crazy. I've been feeling so strange since then, especially the course of the day is so tight and I can't do everything I want to do. What can I do to finally be able to get up again at 9 a.m. Sure, just sleep more, but the whole thing is a vicious cycle, if I fall asleep in the afternoon, I'm just zero point zero before 6 a.m.
Hi
you need a fixed daily rhythm e.g. B. When you go to bed, when you get up, when you take a shower
I didn't believe it either, but make a daily routine on a list and then tick it off
All the best!
