IPhone hotspot data volume via iPhone to Ipad?

Short question:

I have a cell phone tariff from Telekom with Stream on.

I now want to watch Netflix on my IPad via hotspot, will this be possible via this stream or will the data volume be used for this?

The tariff is linked to your mobile phone contract. All you have to do is set up a hotspot on your mobile phone that you log into with the iPad.
