Hotspot hangs after Android 11 update! What can I do?

Personal hotspot from cell phone to TV etc. Hangs since Androit 11 update!

Since I got the new Android 11 update on Saturday, my hotspot always hangs for about 5 minutes. And the data connection of the mobile data does not work at all for a few minutes.

I have an unlimited tariff from T-Mobile. Since 1 year. It always worked great.

Mobile phone connected to the TV or the Playsi via hotspot and everything went great!

But since the update it only hangs.

Whether Disney +, Netflix etc…

What can I do? I'm absolutely at a loss? How do I get rid of the update?

My cell phone has already been set to the factory setting… Nothing… The TV too… Nothing.
