I have a problem. Whenever I play RDO, my headset ensures that my whole PC hangs up. Whenever that happens, the sound ingame jerky, and the whole game or the whole PC hangs completely and I have to stop pulling the headset cable once, wait 5 seconds and put it back in again. Then the game or the whole PC runs smoothly again.
(All sounds that are playing at the moment [Discord, Spotify, Netflix, etc.] are hanging, i.e. It is 100% not due to the game and since my brother has the same headset and nothing happens to him, my PC will probably be to blame.
Does anyone know where the shoe presses or could press?
What about the drivers?
You can also test your brother's headset with you and vice versa yours with him. If his headset works for you, your head seems broken. If you experience the same problem, it may be a problem on your computer. E.g. A driver problem, as mentioned by others.
