I'm so mad and annoyed right now!

Today my TV arrived (after I sent back a Samsung model before, as there were only problems). So far everything was fine when I first installed it, etc. Except that I have to buy things like Sat1 HD, RTL HD as HD + channels. Then I wanted to test Netflix - see there, nothing. No matter what I tried, it always said I had to update the app, but the hourglass ran and ran and ran… Only nothing else happened. According to Google, the last hope was a software update. And the only thing that came up was the message in the picture!

Is that supposed to be a bad joke? The TV is brand new, I haven't used it for 5 hours, any network connection or similar. Is it all right and then the message tells me that I can't use an update on my NEW TV? You don't buy a Smart TV so that you can't even update it, let alone use Netflix or the like. I'm so incredibly annoyed that it might have been an absolute mistake again…

I have described the situation to the support, but have not yet received any feedback. Does anyone here know? 😩 I'm really running out of nerve…

Is a Netflix app update available from the LG content store? App updates are processed via this.

With my new LG TV, an update proposal came only after the 2nd or 3rd search for updates.

If it's a TV that's very, very new to the market, there may not be an update yet.

Yes, that's exactly how I wanted to update the app, Netflix says "Update". That's why I'm so surprised…
