Wi-Fi hotspot limited data volume?

I'm currently using a mobile hotspot device from Vodafone. So far everything has been going well, I could even watch Netflix and watch live streams. But since yesterday everything has been working as if my high-speed data volume has been used up. Instagram, YT, images on whatsApp no longer load. Do these devices also have a limited data volume? Or is it just spinning? Do you have any tips?
