I might want to buy a used Ipad Mini 1 I would like to pay a maximum of only 50 euro more under no circumstances should A: serve as a navigation system (Google Maps) and B: for Netflix & Amazon Video someone has experience whether the device still has the apps support?
According to the App Store entry on the web, Netflix requires at least iOS 12 and Google Maps at least iOS 11.
The iPad Mini 1st generation no longer received updates with iOS 9.
Older versions of the apps may be running if they are still compatible on the server side. The chances are bad.
You should get another tablet for your project.
Fortunately Maps also offers old versions (for Iphone 4) but the map is anything but current 🤣
