I want to pay more attention to care again. I don't take a shower for five days. Even that is too inimitable for me. What do I do all the time? I watch Netflix, listen to music, etc. I'm really desperate.

You don't need motivation, you get it through routine. You can also consciously make tasks interesting for yourself, but in order to do something every day you have to do something every day so that it becomes a rash routine, and this is best done with short, limited times at the beginning:

Set a timer and then do the same thing every day at the same time. In other words: 20 min clearing up with a plan, so sorting 20 min views into categories and then clearing each category in its place.

Do 20 min homework: overview of all homework, of the individual task for a subject, think about or write down what you have to do there, tackle the first task. And then estimate how long a task or doing homework generally takes and set the timer accordingly.

And if you only clean up and do homework for 20 minutes a day, that's probably a lot more than you do now. If necessary, you can do a second unit later in the day.

Cell phone: exhibit. Consciously take cell phone time in a specific location. So if, for example, you stay in the bathroom for longer because you are still on the cell phone but don't know what you were doing afterwards, don't take the cell phone with you into the bathroom. Instead, set yourself a conscious half an hour in which you can play around aimlessly on the cell phone.
