Yes you are. However, this is a normal time, depending on the age, which you spend on the PC. That will eventually stop.

I sit at least 8 hours or more per day in front of the PC or gaff in the phone or play on the Nintendo Switch, which can be called addictive, but 5 hours in the holidays I still see as completely normal, as well as 2 to 3 hours under of the week.

How old are you? With 14/15 this is okay, if you are younger definitely too long.
