How can you download apps like YouTube or Netflix on your Macbook?

I would like to download apps on my Mac. Somehow all these "normal" apps (Netflix, Youtube, TikTok, etc.) don't exist in the MacBook's app store. Do you know how you can download such apps on your Mac, or whether it is even possible?

As far as I know, these apps are not available for the MacBook. Especially with Youtube and Netflix, you can just go online with your Mac. It's more convenient with a laptop than with a mobile phone

Do not think that there's Youtube, Tiktok as an app but maybe you could somehow create a shortcut / link that you open your browser immediately and are on Youtube.

Tiktok "web" is really not nice but I can't imagine that it is fun on the PC even as an app.

With Bluestacks you could have an Android emulator and download all the apps there

You can use this in the browser. Or download the apps elsewhere, if you have one. You don't have to rely on the App Store for macOS.

I assume that you are currently using Safari as your browser. There's also Firefox. You can get it and many other programs on the Mac via its websites on the Internet.

Let's say you want to download Firefox. First go to "http://www.google.de" in the Safari program and then search for "Firefox". You will quickly come across mozilla's website. You open it and you will soon see a link with which you can get this program on your Mac, easy and automatic.

I don't know of any own program for "YouTube". You open this in the browser and log in and out there too. To get to such a page straight away, you make a bookmark so that you only have to click on "YouTube".

But I have to say about bluestacks it takes much longer to start the program than to click on the shortcut or on the bookmark.

Thanks for the star.
