Screenmirror Macbook?

I asked the same question this afternoon, unfortunately I have to ask it again because there was no helpful answer. Following problem. I would like to watch Netflix movies offline on my Macbook. However, since you can't download films on a Macbook on Netflix, I thought I would download the films to my cell phone and transfer them to my Mac via screen transfer. Is there a way to do this WITHOUT Wi-Fi or if it is not possible to transfer it with little mobile data?

You won't get a response here that violates Netflix's policies. If so, then you have to buy a film, e.g. Amazon, iTunes…
