Annual resolutions that are pushed to the next month, who knows? Now it's over! I have to change something! Since last week Monday I do sports and eat healthy. Nevertheless, the same thing always happens after the sport: I sit down to bed and watch Youtube or Netflix. Thus, the whole does not pay off (in my opinion). What could I do to avoid sitting down for the rest of the day?
After the sport you can already take a break. If you stretch a bow continuously, it breaks.
If you want to use your time more meaningfully, then read books or online articles. Here is a good suggestion for exploring new truths: https://www.nachdenkseiten.de/upload/pdf/150806_Mausfeld.pdf
The breaks after the sport I do of course. Unfortunately reading me would not help either. I would then squat in bed with a laptop, so I can read bad standing.
Delete YouTube, I just did it!
Do not ask too much at once.
You already do sports regularly. That's great. Then you should treat yourself to some rest.
But your time more useful than with Youtube and Co. Could you already spend. Go to the library and pick a book, cook something special, learn an instrument or meet friends. There are endless possibilities.
But I'm talking about that! "After" the sport means that you have completed your sports action. So you can sit down comfortably again.
To put you under constant stress, so that you can walk and stand the whole day, I do not think that is healthy.
Okay, haha. I'm sorry, I took it wrong.
