Netflix on TV doesn't work?

I have a smart TV and actually watch Netflix every night. It has always worked out great so far, but somehow it doesn't work today. Nothing happens when I try to open Netflix. (So if, for example, RTL is running in the background, I press the Smart Hub button and select Netflix, nothing comes and RTL continues to run).

What I've already tried:

Turn the television on and off
reconnect to the WLAN
Call up Netflix in other ways (e.g. In the "Downloadapp")
call other services

When I opened Youtube, everything worked normally.

What else can I do?

Download Netflix again on the TV. Maybe this helps
