PC sound goes down (Amazon, Netflix)?

When I look at Amazon Prime and Netflix, after a few minutes, the sound fades. When I finish the stream and then look again, the same happens again. What could that be?

I guess on a bad internet connection or too little memory in the PC.

Rather the working memory. You have not coincidentally a PC with windows 10 and less than 8 GB of RAM?

My memory (16 GB) is currently busy at 33% / 3.7 GHz. I use google chrome?
