When I watch Google Chromecast on the Netflix TV, the sound goes off after about 2 hours. The TV is then synonymous short down, that the sound is off.
I always have to turn the TV off and on again because otherwise it will not work. On the TV and Netflix, the sound is on.
How can I turn the sound back on without having to turn off the TV?
Factory setting could help.
And how / where do I do that?

I think you are wrong.
I can't find anything on the TV. The Chromecast is plugged into the TV. And through the Netflix app, I can connect and watch TV.
Set TV to factory settings.
