Maybe there's no German synchro yet or you just got the license for these 8 episodes in German and the others in English.
Was btw. Who wrote you the answer to the publication. And I think that is either a mistake, or the synchro work was not finished (which I doubt, but not impossible, because they postponed the start date and could possibly not afford a second one).
However, I don't think the synchro work is done yet. I started the blacklist in a "somewhat illegal" way out of impatience, but on the illegal side everything was only in German until episode 8. Han is now specially serviced, in the hope of Netflix everything is in German. Hope that works with the subtitles.
The dubbing studios were closed due to Corona and didn't work. They are now working again, but of course they can't keep their appointments due to the break.
Therefore, a few episodes are already synchronized and the others still have to be made and will be submitted later.
It is actually nice anyway from Netflix to offer the finished episodes anyway.
