Netflix says something went wrong while trying to create an account, what to do?

We were just about to create an account with the trial month so after we tried PayPal it said something went wrong. Why is that? We're already trying it every 10 minutes.

Check PayPal data, if everything is correct report to Netflix support.

That can mean anything.

Either

Netflix actually has a problem (unlikely)
Your IP is too noticeable for them
Payment type (temporarily) blocked
Netflix just doesn't like you

Are you of legal age and already have a credit card? If PayPal does not have one on file, PayPal likes to bend… And anyone who is not of legal age may not have PayPal.

And how often have you already had the trial month? Maybe someone with this data has already had one, then there's no longer any free one. 🙃

That would be the sources of error that occur to me spontaneously.

So just take out a real subscription. And of course pay too. 😉
