Sudden cramps?

Just looked at netflix and was lying on his stomach. When I wanted to sit up I suddenly got a lot of cramps in my stomach and now I'm lying here for a while on the left side and can barely move. Do you have ideas that can help against it?

Where exactly do you have convulsions, top lower right left? So I would take a hot water bottle and try a bit of chamomile tea or something to drink.
