IPad updates you no sound anymore what can i do?

Have my iPad Pro updated to iOS 12.3.1 and since then I have no sound except notes more videos and youtube.netflix u co have all no sound, have tried all the tips, all the settings are correct, it is not on mute you have restarted but nothing works, what can I do? Have noticed that the iPad thinks headphones are connected, with headphones I have sound but also with the plug continues to draw no since the iPad still headphones shows
