I can no longer watch Netflix series?

When I open Netflix the following picture appears:

Somehow I can't get this window away.

If you are already logged in and still get this picture, your "tariff" that you have chosen will probably not be enough to handle another device. This is because Netflix limits different tariffs.

If you e.g. Basis as a subscription, you can still see through the movies and series with a second device. However, if you then want to watch a film or series while someone else is doing it, a message appears on your screen saying that someone else is watching this or that.

I would also say that you are not logged in. Show the whole picture…
