I have a problem with netflix. As soon as I stay on the page a little longer in the selection menu (i.e. Where you can see all the films as tiles), my PC starts to freeze. I therefore have to know exactly what I want to watch beforehand, quickly enter the search term and start the stream, because that doesn't happen anymore during the stream and I can easily watch to the end. However, if I start scrolling around in the selection menu or if I stay there for a longer period of time, the mouse starts to move only slowly, then I can no longer close the browser window and do not click anything else. The task manager can't be opened either. Sometimes I can move the mouse further, but mostly it freezes completely shortly afterwards and everything stops. Only a hard reset helps. This problem never occurs except for Netflix in the Chrome browser, I have not tried any other browsers, but would also like to stay with Chrome.
Coincidentally, does anyone have any idea what could be causing these crashes? As I said, it really only occurs on Netflix.
Please try to uninstall and reinstall the Chrome.
