I would like to watch on Netflix, the Witcher "but the picture constantly freezes and the sound continues. Other series / films can be played normally.

Contact Netflix, I think there should also be a function for it at the bottom right. I think that is just the normal help function, there you can specify what problems you have and Netflix should help you.
So you go to "the Witcher" and then to the bottom right somewhere on a button that should read "Help" or something similar
