As you can see from the title, I have a problem with my computer. I notice that mainly when I play Rocket League. I always get in-game 0.5 - 1 seconds of freezes. The whole thing does not really happen anywhere else. The only other situation that happened when I watched Netflix through Google Chrome. Then I get 0.5 - 1 seconds of freezes at regular intervals. I really have no idea why that could be. Here are the loads that I have measured while playing Rocket League:
Memory: 80% - 90% Total, including 1450MB - 1500MB from Rocket League
CPU: 35% - 40% Total, 25% - 28% of Rocket League
GPU: 50% - 60% Total, of which 50% - 55% of Rocket League
Here are my specs:
Operating system: Windows 10 Home
Graphics card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070 Ti (8GB)
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 6x 3.20GHz
Memory: 2x4096MB Crucial Ballisitix Sport
Motherboard: MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon
Power supply: 500 watts be quiet! Pure Power 10 CM Modular 80+
1st HDD: 250GB Samsung 860 Evo (SSD)
2nd hard drive: 1000GB WD Blue (HDD)
Incidentally, I play Rocket League with V-sync enabled, otherwise I get strong screen tearing, since I only have a 60Hz monitor. Thus I have only 60FPS throughout.
What do you need 90% RAM if RocketLeague uses only 1.5GB of it? This could be because (at 100% he utilization there are always still pictures).
This consists of several small processes. However, I never reached 100% while playing.
