Computer fan turning but nothing works?

So now I'll get in touch here because I'm really at the end of my specialist knowledge. Yesterday when I was watching a movie on Netflix, my JBL Flip 4 fell on the floor next to the computer. She touched the sheet metal from the computer lightly, but it was a drop of only 40cm and nothing bad. Then I wanted to keep watching the film but didn't do anything. The mouse cursor did not move. Keyboard didn't work and the picture was just like frozen. Then I tried to restart it with the reset button, but strangely enough, that didn't work either. After I took it off the power and wanted to restart it happened… It doesn't work. It all makes no sense. All fans rotate, LEDs on the graphics card and mainboard light up. When I plug in the USB stick from my headset, the headset lights up but that's it. Screen does not show any picture from the desktop, keyboard and mouse do not light up even when I plug them into the same USB port. That's it, I hope someone can help me!

Graphics card: Nvidia 1060 3Gb

Processor: Intel 5000 iwas kp I don't know my hardware that well.

Are all the power cables still connected properly? If so: I had it once when the power supply was broken… And yours doesn't really look good either.

The LED that lights up red does not mean anything good. Look in the manual from the mainboard to see what this error means.
