An Intel Nuc will surely meet your requirements.
These things are no bigger than a plate and have as much power as some good laptops. However, they do not have a graphics card, which you could plug in externally.

Yes it works too. The CPU is not that bad either.
It is very suitable for your needs. It's also very fast. I have the same CPU and 8GB RAM.
However, mine is a ThinkCentre Tiny. But it makes no difference. However, I only paid 145 euro on eBay, used and without guarantee.
