Disable mini player on Netflix app?

Every time I go straight from the app, the mini player that I never used comes. Is there a way to disable it without going back to the Netflix menu every time?

You have to go to the app info, (then Settings> Apps> Netflix) then scroll down until you see "Picture-In-Picture". Then just click on not allow.
