4kTV connected to the PC = jerking, screen tearing, blocks on YouTube, Netflix and VLC player = what to do?

Away away an important info:

What I'm asking here is nothing new to me, i. I had the problem once and had it fixed at some point - I just do not remember how I did that and googling helped me neither then, nor today… Nevertheless, I try it here, since I experiment for 3 days and no solution have…

PC hardware information:

Windows 10 Home 64-bit (updates currently)
Intel Core i5-8400 CPU @ 2.80 Ghz (6CPUs) ~ 2.8 Ghz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 with 6GB (driver currently)
16 GB RAM
DirectX 12
Browser: Firefox (current version)
VLC player (current status)

TV - hardware information and settings:

Brand: LG
Model: webOS TV SK8500LLA (Software-Version: 05.10.10 = current)
Game mode ON + all additional settings OFF

Settings under Win 10:

Resolution: 3840 x 2160 (recommended)
Font size and icon size: 250%
60 Hz

Now the problem:

As described in the title, videos on YouTube, Netflix, VLC player or actually jerk all "moving image" stories. Sometimes more, sometimes less, sometimes microminimally, sometimes sprawling - it does not matter if the material is in 480p or 4k - it is through bank with screen tearing or slight wavy lines, which are more or less invisible zw transparent or even clear come over - especially in movements / camera movements etc.

How did this happen (because there were no problems with these settings before)?

I have about 3 days ago about an old "Anno" game installed and on the compatibility mode, etc. Run - the game itself was running, but the TV suddenly turned into HDR, what I like on the PC 1. And 2. Never used and found unnecessary. When I uninstalled the game, I had to undo HDR again and make the "game mode" of Windows 10, which had just adjusted (I had never before!) … And then I discovered that he somehow my TV with set a "deep color" effect that I NEVER had… So made it.

So… And all those settings that I've never used + the settings I mentioned above gave me 0 problems before the "Anno" incident… NOW though, I have it and I can't get it out…

IMPORTANT:

No, I will not install tools / softwares to force any effects and settings that were not needed before the incident and no, there are no hardware issues with the HDMI cable or graphics card, etc.

Yes, I have tested other HDMI cables and the problem remains…

Yes, I have already reinstalled the driver for the graphics card 2x = same result!

Yes, I have made settings in Firefox and VLC, but bring nothing and as I said: that was previously synonymous without "pull screws"

What could it be, what else can you do or check?

Jo

Can it be that you do not use HDMI 2.0 cable?

Ch

Yes, this one:

BEFORE the incident had been in use and had no problems.
