How do I disable ECO Mode on my Blaupunkt 65 inch 4K UHD TV, on Netflix and YouTube?

I have the following problem, I bought on 12.01.2019 a Blaupunkt 4K Ultra HD LED TV 164cm diagonal (BLA-65U405P).

My concern is so if I want to look Netflix and Youtube my picture settings are not taken, it makes it seem when I open the app that the TV is automatically in ECO mode, although I had only my preferred settings.

Can't you normally use the settings for all apps ports and co, as you would like.

I'm mainly interested in this annoying attitude (motion improvement) that I like to disable on Netflix and Youtube.
