How can I get an AcePC T11 (Mini PC) up and running?

I bought an AcePC T11 (Mini PC) to enjoy watching movies on Netflix. But that does not work so well:

Whenever you press the power button for 3 seconds (according to the instructions), the LED lights blue. But then there's no picture. Even after 1 minute nothing happens. I tested it on the TV and a monitor. Nothing happens.

I could easily send this thing back because it was quite expensive, but that would be really stupid, I think.

Can you help me?

I have now sent the MiniPC back.
