My iPad is suddenly set to a screen time and if I want to get rid of that, I need a password but unfortunately I do not know. It's all blocking Google, Netflix, Weather and even Google Maps.

Possibly. Otherwise, your parents have set this up, so you are not so much on the phone / iPad.

There's such a feature on iOS 12. There you can set a "usage time" for different apps. So for example at 13.00-15.00 clock I do not want to be on Netflix. Then it locks you Netflix until 15.00 clock. Vlt someone fooled you or your parents have you set that… I'm not sure if that's it.

As said under the one comment my parents said they were not (and I can trust them they would never do that).

Such a change does not happen "just like that". So either your parents are lying and they do not want to tell you that they have activated this lock or you were that and just can't remember it. (I tend to go first)
