To use a screen under Windows 7 as two?

I have a very large and wide screen, now I would like to address this one screen of my Windows 7 as two separate screens, so that each half of the monitor are recognized by Windows as their own screen.

My goal would be that I can open eg Netflix in full screen while I can do something else on the other half of the monitor.

As graphics card I use a GeForce GTX 1060 6gb.

I would not know that would work. The only thing that could help you is to scale the window of an application to one application's window and another application's window to the other. I know this was made easy in Windows 8, just by clicking on the title bar and then dragging right or left. Then the respective window is attached to the right or left. Do not know if this "simplification" has already been implemented under W7.

Have been AMD for some time, but you should be able to adjust in the Nvidia driver settings. Faith "Multiple screens" was the point, there you can choose how the second screen should be used.

This works only if the screen supports this explicitly.

Called pip (picture in picture) or side by side picture

So I have AMD and 2 normal monitors, there it is automatically so, but it is Windows 10, but was synonymous with Windows 8.1 already. For AMD, however, this is done by Windows and not the AMD driver.

The speech is not from two monitors - but from one.

Oh… Sorry…
