It sounds kind of stupid, but lately I've noticed that I'm often sad, and often when it gets late.
In my life everything is going quite okay, especially last month.
I'll do an example: I'm watching a film / series on Netflix and when it ends, of course there's silence for a short time and you look for something else to do - Then it often happens that I think and get somehow sad. I honestly don't know why. There's nothing that is currently going badly.
I'm probably just writing this to let it out to help me. But if someone would like to add his mustard, please.

Because you come to rest at night and think about God and the world. There you have time for yourself, all by yourself, everything quietly and privately. Such depressive thoughts are normal. But if they gain the upper hand, meaning that you get sad more often, it might be an option to see a psychologist.
Are you in an apprenticeship? Or are you already working? Do you study? Are you single or forgiven? Do you have a lot of friends or none? Do you gamble a lot? There are many factors why we feel sad when we start thinking in some situations. Humans are relatively simple and yet they often think too much and too complicated. Eg if we're really happy and everything is great, then the original thought is why? Do I deserve this? Or is there anything negative to complain about in the current situation? We always look for something negative. If everything goes well then don't think about why, enjoy it. There are other times too. And if you prefer to spend the evenings in company with other people then do it. Do everything that makes you happy.

An animal has no view of how weak it is or how strong it is! Instead, it chooses whether it wants to show itself to a person or not!
Also a person whether he has views on what is weak and Is strong and how he has to behave can give up the views of whether he is weak or strong and show himself vulnerable just like an animal! All you need is a choice!
What would be possible for you if you had no view of whether you were weak or not? What would you do? What choices would you make in and for your life?
