Why am I always sad in the evening?

It sounds kind of stupid, but lately I've noticed that I'm often sad, and often when it gets late.

In my life everything is going quite okay, especially last month.

I'll do an example: I'm watching a film / series on Netflix and when it ends, of course there's silence for a short time and you look for something else to do - Then it often happens that I think and get somehow sad. I honestly don't know why. There's nothing that is currently going badly.

I'm probably just writing this to let it out to help me. But if someone would like to add his mustard, please.

Such phases are normal, at least there are times when I'm in this mood
This is also available for every gender
The feeling "something is wrong" or "something is missing"

Thank you. Somehow that's how it feels. As if something is wrong or missing, as you say.

Homes can understand you, with me it is at least sometimes so, in the evening you come to rest, perceive more and think more and then you realize that something is missing. Can be anything, a friend, experiences, experiences, what do I know.

So I'm also often sad to help me to distract myself or do something with friends or talk to the family or to talk to a good friend who may be able to help me or give tips, for example this always helps me but it always had to know yourself how and whether you do it

No

Because you come to rest at night and think about God and the world. There you have time for yourself, all by yourself, everything quietly and privately. Such depressive thoughts are normal. But if they gain the upper hand, meaning that you get sad more often, it might be an option to see a psychologist.

Are you in an apprenticeship? Or are you already working? Do you study? Are you single or forgiven? Do you have a lot of friends or none? Do you gamble a lot? There are many factors why we feel sad when we start thinking in some situations. Humans are relatively simple and yet they often think too much and too complicated. Eg if we're really happy and everything is great, then the original thought is why? Do I deserve this? Or is there anything negative to complain about in the current situation? We always look for something negative. If everything goes well then don't think about why, enjoy it. There are other times too. And if you prefer to spend the evenings in company with other people then do it. Do everything that makes you happy.

First of all thank you for your courage and your openness to ask your question here! With and on you, nothing is wrong just because as a boy or man you show feelings and your vulnerability! Have you ever asked a butterfly or other animal if it is weak when it has shown you all of its vulnerability and being, even though it knows that it can be hurt by humans?

An animal has no view of how weak it is or how strong it is! Instead, it chooses whether it wants to show itself to a person or not!

Also a person whether he has views on what is weak and Is strong and how he has to behave can give up the views of whether he is weak or strong and show himself vulnerable just like an animal! All you need is a choice!

What would be possible for you if you had no view of whether you were weak or not? What would you do? What choices would you make in and for your life?

And what does it take for you to be able to choose easily?

And again you're not wrong just because you're crying! You are also not wrong if you can't find an answer to my questions with the mind! Allow yourself to feel instead and you will know what you need! You are fine the way you are! Because a person's greatest alleged weakness can also be his greatest strength. Yes, crying goes for no apparent reason! Because it is simply a valve to let go of pressure that is in the body or on the soul! And the reason for this does not always have to be apparent to us! Crying is not just about sadness or anger. But also with happiness, joy and emotion. Feeling is not a weakness! But it is a strength that you can safely acknowledge!
