Netflix no sound with boxes?

I've connected boxes and I can play with it and watch YouTube. But as soon as I see a Netflix series, I only hear certain sounds like intermusic or the radio (of course, everything in the movie)

Maybe they are in the bottle outlet? Sounds like you have a sound card with multiple channels and you have the jack plug in eg "Rear" plugged. Or in the sound settings of Netflix or the sound card, what's wrong is set like 5.1, even though you should have stereo…
