Why are only Hindi films suggested to me on Netflix?

I come from Germany and don't use Vpn or the like and only Hindi films / series are suggested to me on netflix on the pc. I haven't watched any hindi films / series so I don't understand why there are only these types of films.

Is another family member watching you? Or maybe you would be hacked and whoever else looks at your acc

But I also often come into the areas where Indian, Spanish, Portuguese or Turkish films are suggested to me

I don't know why I don't even watch films in English
