Downloading Netflix films on your mobile phone via Wi-Fi and then watching them offline on your Smart TV?

I have a "more complicated" problem. I don't have Wi-Fi at home, but I want to watch Netflix on my Smart TV. Since my data volume from the mobile phone is not enough, I had the following consideration:

Download the film on the Android mobile phone (Honor 6X) in the Wi-Fi (outside the apartment) and then watch it offline on the Smart TV.

I've already tried a variety of things.

Best success so far transferred to the TV via Bluetooth, but here I only have the sound without a picture?

Transferred to the TV via a "Screen Mirror" app, via Wi-Fi directly between mobile phone and TV, same problem, only sound but no picture.

Do you have a solution for me?

From mobile phone (copy to PC), transfer to USB stick and watch on TV.

Hm, as far as I know, the films from the stream can't / may not be legally saved and viewed later.

This is only allowed via stream.

Why don't you have Wi-Fi? Make a contract.

Co

You can and may actually legally download films to watch offline via the Netflix app (these are saved within the app and deleted after a certain period of time without internet access)

Co

Turn on the hotspot from your mobile phone, use the TV to access the Wi-Fi from your mobile phone and then stream on the TV as normal.

Or just sign an internet contract.

Oh ok. I'm not up to date with this. I also wanted - years ago - films from YT Store because it was said that this was not clearly permitted by law. Hence stream.

pr

How can i do this? The film is not stored on the phone, just the stream?

pr

I only have 10 GB of data and that is used up very quickly with netflix.

I live in south tyrol, Wi-Fi contract unfortunately too expensive "only" to watch netflix

Co

Whether you download it or stream it via a hotspot makes little difference.

pr

I would download this in the Wi-Fi outside the house. And not too housew, of course this would be the same

pr

But how do I get this from the app to the TV without using the internet? As I said, Bluetooth works, but only transmits the sound, not the image

pr

WLAN is too expensive for me to "only" watch netflix, so no contract
