Stream from smartphone to Samsung TV without Wi-Fi and cable. Possible?

I canceled my DSL.

So I only have internet via my mobile phone 4 G.

Before that, I watched Netflix etc. On the Samsung TV via Wi-Fi.

Since I can now only watch Netflix etc. Via my smartphone, I want this content

Stream from the mobile phone (Android 8.1) to the Samstung Smart TV.

But via Wi-Fi (TV also has a chrome stick) it is no longer possible, as there's no Wi-Fi router.

And via the cell phone on the TV via Wi-Fi no longer works.

I don't want to connect my Xperia smartphone to the TV with a cable.

BT does not work either.

What else is there to wirelessly transfer Netflix from the cell phone to the Samsung TV?

No SmartTV?

You set up a hotspot on your mobile phone and your Chromecast has Wi-Fi via your mobile phone and you can use the Chromecast as normal.

You get yourself a Windows display adapter and it mirrors your mobile phone screen on the TV.

I wouldn't do it, but I could go. The UMTS operators promise too much. Maybe with 5G. Not smart with 4G.

That's fine. However, then the resolution is under all sau because for cell phone 320x200 is enough… But not for TV.

At the moment I can stream very well with 4g on my mobile phone.

But I don't get the cell phone picture streamed or mirrored on the TV!

What connection?

The hotspot? I can't say anything about that. But why should that be throttled?

With the display adapter I have no problems with the reflection, it fits, also in terms of resolution.

Thanks. I wanted such tips.

Is it true, however, that the picture then arrives very poorly on the TV?

How do I set up a hotspot on my Xperia? Samsung TV has Wi-Fi.

As I said, I have no problems with the display adapter.

I have a Samsung cell phone, so I have no idea how to set up the hotspot there and how strong the hotspot is then and whether everything works, you just have to test. At Samsung you can find hotspot under "Connections"
