I was watching a movie and from one second to the other the picture turned purple. You can still recognize the film, but the purple color is on it. Even Netflix or normal cable TV have this error, sometimes it is green or another color. In the TV menu or in the Netflix menu, the colors are displayed normally, only when I watch a video or cable TV, it comes immediately.
Does anyone know what you can do there or what is going on?
Picture mode active? Press the cog on the remote control and switch modes at the top right.
turn tv off and on again.
Have you ever briefly disconnected the TV from the power?
If that doesn't change anything then you have to reset it to the factory settings
